Our dental practice utilizes the latest digital X-Ray technology to provide even better dental care and more accurate diagnoses. A digital image is much safer, faster, and more comfortable for the patient.

How Digital X-Rays Work

We place a small sensor in your mouth. The sensor is connected to a computer by a thin wire. Next an X-Ray beam is sent through your teeth and into the sensor, which records the image of your teeth and sends it to the computer. The sensor can then be repositioned to photograph other sections of your teeth. Smaller sensors increase overall patient comfort.

Why Digital X-Rays are Better

The digital x-ray system is more sensitive than conventional dental x-ray film systems, so your exposure to x-rays is reduced by as much as 90 percent! The large, color- enhanced images let you see what our dentist sees, so it's easier for you to understand how we will treat your teeth.

According to, 50% of Americans avoid dental care entirely, because of anxiety about pain - most often, the pain of dental anesthetic injections. Perhaps the most innovative dental product to come out in 2010 is the new Injection Comfort System. Dentalvibe is a device designed to reduce the pain and fear associated with dental injections. Dentalvibe can be used to deliver comfortable injections in all areas of the mouth for adults as well as children. Dentalvibe is the only product that uses Vibrapulse technology to prevent the pain of anesthetic injections anywhere in the mouth! Patients who have told us they dislike injections say they did not feel the DENTALVIBE system and are no longer apprehensive. If you have been delaying dental treatment because of  injection fear, let us help you with this new advance in comfortable dental care.
